Terms and conditions

All flights must be paid for before the date of service.

TRANSFERS & TOURS: At the time of booking a percentage of the ‘total amount may be required as a deposit to secure the helicopter as well as the documents of all passengers. In any case, the full amount must be paid before the flight. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

1) By Credit card – Debit. Online Payment will have a surcharge of 5% of the full amount.

The credit card holder must be among the passengers. 

2) By bank transfer to Our bank account.

The transfer must be made either through passenger-deposit or through a company associated with one of the passengers and must be cashed before the date of the flight. On pain of cancellation by Romehelicopters of the service. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In case of flight cancellation due to bad weather conditions, the total cost of the flight will be refunded.

In case of flight cancellation by the customer, there will be no refund.

CHECK IN:

PASSPORT is required to enter the airport where police check in will be conducted.
